The BST non-refundable rack fee is: from $99.00 to $399.00 this fee is payable at the time the advertisement is purchased. BST is not and does not provide a Real Estate Broker service to the renter, buyer or seller. BST is and Advertising Company and it has sold zero properties. 

BST does not guarantee that any timeshare period can be rented or sold at any specific time or price. BST does not have buyers or renters waiting.

BST will forward via email any information of prospective buyers/renters to the customer or to a Real Estate Broker designated by the seller.

BST will not provide any personal information to a third party. BST will post my first initial and last name on my advertisement page.

BST provides information about third party resources available as a convenience to you, to assist you with the closing process. This third party companies are not affiliated with BST and do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by BST.

 BST customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 business days from the receipt of sale confirmation or when the advertisement becomes active. Whichever occurs first.
