Civis Grand Hotel Aranybika is located in the very heart of Debrecen, the second largest city in Hungary. Debrecen is also known as the Calvinistic Rome. The first inn built on the site was opened 300 years ago. The present Art Noveau building was built in 1915. The hotel and the city offers a wide range of sports, cultural and shopping facilities. Excursions can be taken to the spa of Hajduszoboszlo (featuring an Aqua Park for slide fans), the famous Hungarian Puszta called Hortobagy. Wine tasting tours are also available to book.
