The resort is located on the slopes of Gun Hill the highest point in Mussoorie which offers a panoramic view of the doon valley on one side and the snow covered Himalayan range on the other. The mall from where the ropeway starts is only 200 metres from the resort. If one does not wish to mingle with the crowd, you can stay within the serene surroundings of the resort. The Kempty Falls is one of the most popular picnic spots. Dhanolti is an ideal nearby hillock for a quiet holiday. For the more adventurous Mussoorie offers the natural terrain for trekking.
