The Ferienpark Oberalgau is situated in a quiet region built on a hill overlooking Missen, a typical small village of this area. Facilities include indoor pool, sauna, solarium, bar, restaurant and a small playground. In winter there is a ski school and ski-lift for beginners nearby. The resort is ideally situated for excursions to the popular, world famous castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, Lake Constance, Austria and Switzerland. A car is necessary to enjoy the area.
