World International Vacation Club was formed in 1983 for the purpose of establishing and operating a multi-location vacation ownership membership program. Under the WIVC program, Club is responsible for the operation, management, maintenance and control of all apartment/hotel/condominium dwelling units which have been dedicated to the WIVC Program in nine (9) destination resort projects located in Mexico, Spain and Colorado. Title to the vacation ownership units in the existing projects located in Mexico has been conveyed to a Mexican bank which acts as trustee for the benefit of the Club subject to certain trust agreements. Title to the vacation ownership units in the existing projects located in Spain and Colorado is held by the Club. The Club has a Board of Directors consisting of five members, each serving a two-year term, with at least two Directors being elected at the members' annual meeting in April of each year.Amenities
ACAPULCOMar Azul - The fun never stops in Acapulco, where you can literally dance the night away. Acapulco's beautiful natural bay is the focal point of much of the activity in the world-class resort area, but there is much to see and do throughout the city.
Torreblanco - Legendary Acapulco has long been a playground for the rich and famous. Steep cliffs surround beautiful bays and secluded beaches along Mexico's southern Pacific coast. Acapulco is a vibrant, world-class resort that also provides tranquility to those who desire a slower pace.
Cancun
Coral Mar - Cancun, with its ideal climate, gleaming white sand beaches, and warm turquoise water make this island a vacationer's dream. This exotic, tropical wonderland embraces its historic ancestry and yet, offers almost unlimited sights and activities for people of all ages. Archeological sites remain on Cancun, but visitors are drawn to Mayan cities at nearby Chichen Itza, Tulum and Coba.
Colorado
The Inn at Silvercreek - Colorado's expansive terrain varies from flowering tundras to colossal plateaus with towering sandstone monoliths, from jagged granite canyons and craggy gorges to flat lowlands and flowing sand dunes. Winter skiing is world-renowned. You will find outstanding packed trails, open slopes and deep champagne powder bowls for every level of skiing ability from first time beginner to super expert. For more fun, try sailing, rafting, canoeing, sleigh and gondola rides, Alpine slide, snowmobiling, tubing, hot air ballooning, jeep tours, golf nature walks, and backpacking.
Puerto Vallarta
Alta Vista - Puerto Vallarta combines the beauty of the Pacific with the full charm of a lively Mexican town. The town with its cobblestone streets and tiled roof villas climbing up the cliff sides offers a winning combination of natural beauty and luxury. The beaches range from broad expanses of white sand with crashing surf to small coves dramatically formed by the Sierra Madre mountains tumbling into the ocean's coves so quiet that crabs sunbathe on nearby rocks. When the sun sets, the Pacific turns fiery, so wondrous that it demands all movement to stop for one breathtaking moment.
Casa de la Playa - The magic of Puerto Vallarta, one of Mexico's most desirable vacation destinations is waiting for you. Cobblestone streets, whitewashed houses with red clay roofs against the blue Pacific provide a picturesque setting for the historic city. Once a sleepy fishing village tucked away in Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta is now a world class resort destination with many fine restaurants, nightclubs, unique shops, historic monuments and a cultural center. Trips to nearby beaches that most resemble old Puerto Vallarta can be made on boats that sail from the waterfront each day. One of the most beautiful spots is the island of Yelapa, a tropical paradise lined with white beaches. There you can horseback ride along the beach or walk up a hill to a waterfall with a 150-foot drop.
Conchas Chinas - Puerto Vallarta is a city of romance and history. It's an authentic, fairy tale-like fishing village with one-way cobblestone streets and whitewashed houses with red tile roofs. This picturesque city is divided by the Cuale River, which surrounds a fanciful, five-acre island filled with quaint shops, gardens and cultural attractions.
Rosarito Beach
La Paloma - Rosarito Beach, at the beginning of Mexico's more than 4,000 breathtaking miles of Pacific coastline, offers secluded, quiet beaches, gentle surf, and pleasant warm climate. One of Mexico's most popular resort areas, Baja California is famous for a variety of water sports, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, and off-road adventures, as well as shopping, dining and sightseeing.
Spain / Costa del Sol
Villacana - Spain, a pleasant and friendly country that will make you feel at home from the first moment. The whole country is literally covered with castles, palaces, monasteries and cathedrals of unusual artistic worth. Ample shoreline of the peninsula provides magnificent beaches, each with a character of its own.
