For over 45 years, Hunter Mountain has continually grown into a legendary success. From its early dedication to snowmaking innovation, famous terrain and location as the closest large ski resort to the New York Metro area, Hunter has built a reputation as one of the East Coast's leading Mountain Resorts.

Hunter continues to lead the way in mountainside improvements with the introduction of the Kaatskill Mountain Club, the region's premier 4 seasons, slope-side resort, an idea brought into fruition by the Slutzky Family and other members of Hunter Mountain's team, now setting the standard for slopeside lodging with ski-in/ski-out access.

The construction of the Kaatskill Mountain Club began in April 2004 directly below the slopes of Hunter. Spacious studio, one, two and three bedroom units, in addition to two-story executive and penthouse suites, are sold through quarter-share fractional ownership opportunities. The Kaatskill Mountain Club is also the first resort of its kind in the Hunter area to offer luxury, slope-side, hotel-style accommodations to overnight guests.
