Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Tahiti is a Polynesian-themed resort. Accommodations have a fireplace, television, DVD, and stereo system; and a separate whirlpool tub and shower in the deluxe suite. Guests will enjoy the spacious two-bedroom suites or the deluxe sleep-eight suites, both of which have a separate lock-off with a kitchenette. Amenities include two sand-beach swimming pools, poolside cabanas, putting green, concierge activity desk, and transportation to and from the Strip.

Our unit is a one bedroom deluxe, with oversized bath, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, full kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, outside patio and we own have 7 nights usage annually. There are two pools, outside jacuzzi, bbq grills. The reason we like it so much is the fact that there are less than 100 units, it's easy to make reservations for any week you want, or you can split your week to a 4 night stay and a 3 night stay at a later date. The maintenance fees annually are very reasonable as compared to other timeshares. We have already paid for 2008. It would be an easy place to rent, although, we have chosen to utilize it every year since we purchased it brand new in 2002.

Maintenance fees and taxes paid for 2008 and week is still availble for usage!
