Oak n' spruce resort is located in the beautiful berkshire hills of western massachusetts. Nearby a trout-filled freshwater stream adds a gentle touch to our par-three executive golf course. Other performing arts festivals during the season are the berkshire performing arts center in lenox, the berkshire performing theater festival and jacob's pillow dance festival the hub and mecca of dancing in north america, according to time magazine.

Sports and outdoor activities abound in this region. Visit the appalachian trail with 80 miles of trails in massachusetts; the pleasant valley wildlife sanctuary, the tolland state forest - for boating, hiking, fishing, camping, swimming and snowmobiling; brodie mountain, near new ashford, offers full ski touring and an alpine center with ski rentals and instruction.

In addition to the week you have purchased, you have been granted the use of our Endless Escape Bonus Time Program during your color time or a lesser value color period.  You need to notify the reservations department in writing or by phone twenty-one (21) days before your normally scheduled vacation week whether you plan to space bank your week, use it, or not. 

The Endless Escape Bonus Time Program allows you accomodations at selected resorts at no additional cost to you, but it is subject to the availability  of units.  Owner's dependant children living at home and under the age of 21 may use the resort with the owner.  Only owners whose name appears on the contract will be allowed to make reservations or check into the resort.

You may request one (1) unit for the date that falls within the same color period of the vacation ownership you own or a lesser value color period.  Your vacation ownership is a RED week.  Therefore, you may use the Endless Escape Bonus Time Program during weeks 1 - 52.
