This property at the Reef Club Cozumel, also known as the Wyndham Cozumel Resort and Spa, is located right on San Francisco beach (one of the only natural sandy beaches on the island.) If you're a scuba diver, there's no better location on the island - the Santa Rosa wall is about 150 meters offshore, and most all of the well known dive locations are a 20 min boat ride or less. The Reef Club has a dive shop on site, and even their own pool to do dive checkouts in.

It is an all-inclusive resort, w/ all the attendant water and other activities, several restaurants, nightly entertainment, and child care on site. It's about a 10 min. cab ride to the port where all the cruise ships dock (really a very nice area, w/ shops, restaurants, etc.) and about 15 min to the main town.

It's in "red or high season year round. If you tried to trade it w/ a brokerage service, like RCI (which is what I've used) it has high season trading power all year round - there is no "low" season in Cozumel. The web site is: http://www.reefclubcozumel.com/
