A Perennial Vacation Club vacation begins when you start planning. With planning you ensure wonderful memories and that your vacation remains a part of you forever. We take great pride in making our interiors an important aspect of those memories. However, recently we've been addressing the amenity titled "exterior". Some are not so obvious, such as roofs at our Tahoe resort. Some have to be experienced - the new jets in our Bandera hot tub Jacuzzi and new tile for the pool as well. Some may appear merely decorative, such as the window shutters in Daytona, which serve to insulate from sun and noise, as does the new siding for all our units at ImperiaLakes. Additionally in Daytona, there's the combination of gorgeous as well as functional - the new pool/patio space overlooking the ocean. Newly landscaped front, sides and pool with huge palm trees and a wonderful gazebo on the way!
