Balsams 01 sleeps 8 comfortably and has a full size kitchen, washer & dryer, jacuzzi in master bath, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins & 1 full bed, living room couch is queen sleeper. Located on ground floor with a spacious patio that can be used as a separate exit/entry. Unit has it's own private "mud room" for wet boots, ski gear, etc. Short walk to restaurants, store, pool, spa, game room and ski lifts. Building has private gym in basement and each unit has a ski locker.   There is a daycare center for little ones and activities to entice every age group. There is a pub with entertainment, a gourmet restaurant, a pizza place (they deliver!), a delicious bakery and great snacks & gifts in the store. The surrounding area has plenty to offer - restaurants, antiques, wineries, art galleries and beautiful scenery. Stowe is worth a visit for it's quaint shops, galleries, inn's & restaurants; Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory is a fun stop for everyone; and Burlington has plenty to offer including a beautiful walking mall.
