We have three weeks every year with a bonus week every third year. In addition, we have 8 bonus weeks, three that expire in 18 months, five with no expiration date. A two or three bedroom unit can be rented with the yearly three weeks. The one bedroom unit applies to the bonus weeks. There is no annual maintenance fee but there is a fee of $494 due every third year for the bonus week so, in essence, this works out to a $165 per year but then your bonus week is paid for already.
