Hours of fun await you at our spectacular Owners Club. Here you'll find an indoor and outdoor pool, a Lazy River water ride, a kid's video room, meeting rooms, a fully-equipped fitness center, and men's and women's locker rooms with saunas. In addition, owners and guests have access to a business center, a sundries shop, and a clubhouse deli that serves sandwiches, salads and wraps. The new Owners Club also houses the resort's property manager and check-in function.

Located nearby, the oceanfront Breezes Beach Club offers owners private access to the beach and a swimming pool, as well as games and locker rooms.

South Beach Resort villas are available in a variety of spacious floor plans. The three-bedroom, three-bath plan has a lock-out feature that divides the villa into two separate plans: a two-bedroom villa and a one-bedroom villa, both with full kitchens. This give you the opportunity to use part of the villa to stretch your vacation points, or to give friends or family a little more privacy. There are also two different two-bedroom, two-bath floor plans ­ one of which also includes the popular lock-out feature. All plans include a fireplace, a private screened porch, plus televisions and a DVD player for those evenings in.
