Prepare to relax as you step into island time and a gentler pace. Sandyport Beaches Resort is a small family-operated resort that started in 1995. The intimacy of the 72-room property has truly given the resort a family feel with a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere. The resort has the wonderful mix of being a quiet retreat with the benefit of a casino and other island activities, all easily accessible by local bus service. Due to its size, on-site activities are limited. The resort is currently constructing the Festival Market Place at the Olde Towne, due to open 2003.
