This is an Interval International (II) Five Star Resort, located in Las Vegas, NV. Usage is Annual. Your usage starts after closing, therefore you will be responsible for fees beginning January 2007. Maintenance fees are
billed annually. In addition, the Lock-off feature enables you to split up
your 2 bedroom unit into two separate units, which can both be used at the resort only, essentially giving you two weeks of vacation.
