This is a 2 bed room Penthouse with a living area of over 2000 sq ft. The penthouse has a master bed room with a king size bed, Jacuzzi and all the other accessories you can see in the attached floor plan. There is a large patio measuring over 2150 sq ft. attached to the penthouse. This patio has a complete modern cookout facility and a hot tub. As you can see from the floor plan, there are numerous lounge chairs etc. for holding parties for a large group of people. The second bed room has two queen size beds and a separate Jacuzzi. In addition there is a queen size wall bed and a queen size hide away bed in the living room. This suite is meant for 8 people.

As a Gold member of this Time Share I also get a bonus week between mid April to end Oct in a 2 bedroom suite. I have attached a separate floor plan for the regular 2 bed room suite. This is also fairly large measuring over 1400 sq ft with a smaller patio measuring approx 380 sq ft. This suite is meant for 6 people.

The penthouse is on the 8th floor with facing ocean. The two bed room suite could be on any floor and is available on a first come first served basis. At the Villa Del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta all the suites have at least a partial ocean view.

The advantage of having a fixed week is that it guarantees that week. It can also be exchange for another week.
