Harbor Ridge is a 40-unit vacation ownership luxury condominium in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Most of our units are two-bedroom, sleep 6 townhouses that span three stories. There are also three one-bedroom, sleep four townhouses that span three stories. Each three-story, two-bedroom townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, washer, dryer, and a cozy living room with TV and DVD/VCR. Each story has a private balcony with most of our buildings having an ocean view from the top floor. The resort also has a one-story handicap accessible unit (Unit 51) that has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, and a living room with a balcony.



Our clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and on-site DVD/VHS video rentals. We have a playground, an outdoor tennis court, horseshoe pits, and charcoal barbecue picnic areas. The resort is affiliated with the exchange company Interval International. Vacation rentals are also available.

resort is located minutes to bar harbor,access to the cat tour lines which brings you to canada daily in 3hrs,also beautiful nature tours at the harbor cruises,also close to famous cadilac mountain, one of the highest peaks in maine to view breath taking views of the harbor and sourounding area where you can also catch the american bald eagle in its habitat daily at close view theres numerous antique shops all over town, also little boutiques for shopping and the best new england lobster dinners around, theres hiking and mountain biking trails throughout the area, its the nicest and peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors and nature,theres blueberry picking farms all around the area, and views of cliffs and beautiful ocean homes in the area that can be viewed by tour boats that are unbelievable,the people are very nice and helpful,i owned the unit for 3 years and was a resident in maine and enjoyed the area to the fullest,the resort is said to be a 5 star resort.
