Timeshare owners of the beautiful Mayan Resorts, have resort privilages at ANY of the Mayan Resorts. This includes Acapulco, Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Penasco, Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.

A RENOVATION FEE EQUAL TO THE MAINTENANCE FEE IS DUE EVERY FIFTH YEAR.

Maintenance fee is for the Presidential unit, but studio unit, if used separately, does not have a maintenance fee.
Three options to purchase 1 bedroom suites plus their bonus weeks available for $20,000 each, all prices firm unless purchased two or more units with options. Any increase in maintenance fees is limited to American inflation rate PLUS 3%. Current maintenance fee $485.

If you separate and use a lockout at another time a new maintenance fee is NOT required!
