Building G is located immediately adjacent to the beach, faces directly west, and provides fascinating views and spectacular sunsets. The main living area and master bedroom are on the first floor (above covered parking), and a private stairway leads from the screened porch to the grounds. No other unit can be seen from the main living area. The second bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs, providing privacy for two couples.. Annual fees include membership in the lovely Dunes Golf and Tennis Club. Owners and guests play unlimited golf for cart fees only. Tortuga was voted the #1 Florida Beach Resort by RCI in 2005.
We were again impressed with the beauty of the resort and the relaxing atmosphere on Sanibel Island. The weather is usually perfect week 17, and the Dunes Golf Club is in great shape. |
