Excellent Resort, http://www.oceanlandings.com/ Have owned since 1998. We trade week 2, and use weeks 8 & 9. Originally bought 8 & 9 for Daytona Bike Week which falls on week nine except for leap-year which is every 4 years, week (10). That year we trade week 2 for week 10 with an owner in-house
trade. Maintenance fees for all 3 one-bedroom units is approximately $398.00 per week for each week. If you can get away for the week before BIKE WEEK (8) and Bike Week (9) with your buddies as we have done since 1998, the initial purchase price after 3, 4,or 5 buddies pay one individual owner will pay for it-self in a few years. That is what we have been doing since 1998. If you can't make Bike Week one year, rent the 2 weeks out or deposit them for a trade good for 2 years through Interval International. Resort is on the Ocean with a large beach and has an area for Campers and Trailers to be parked. Has Tennis Courts and 2 Olympic size swimming pools, one with cabana serving food after 10:00AM. Resort has a great restaurant and night-club on Atlantic Blvd (A1A). The folks running the resorts are great. 3-4 blocks
