Nestled next to the Snowflake Chairlift and just a short stroll from downtown Breckenridge, the resort features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. You'll find an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub, exercise room, and spa services. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units have fully equipped kitchens, private decks, fireplaces, and satellite television with VCRs. Grand Timber also offers underground heated parking.

The unit can be booked any time Weeks 16 - 20 (this includes the last week Breckenridge Ski Resort is open, the last two - three weeks Loveland Ski is open and a month or more that Arapahoe Basin is Open) and Weeks 40-46 in the fall.
Extremely Kid Friendly! The perfect infant/toddler pool, plus two
indoor/outdoor pools, two indoor hot tubs and four outdoor hot tubs.
Playground equipment is also onsite for the kids to enjoy.
