Grand Timber Lodge is one of Colorado's finest ski-in, ski-out resorts. Nestled next to the Snowflake Chairlift and just a short stroll from downtown Breckenridge, the resort features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. You'll find an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub, exercise room, and spa services. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units have fully equipped kitchens, private decks, fireplaces, and satellite television with VCRs. Grand Timber also offers underground heated parking.
This unit has FANTASTIC TRADING POWER. Although this is a mid season unit we have successfully traded 1 BDR for 1BDR RED in Hawaii in the summer. Get two weeks of vacation EVERY year with this annual two bedroom lock off unit!
Get unlimited Day Use of the facilities to include underground heated
parking, pools, hot tubs, showers, a Ski In/Ski Out lunch area for bagged lunches or order from the restaurant/bar. Relax in the pool or hot tub and clean up before driving home to the Colorado Front Range!
The unit can be booked any time Weeks 16 - 20 (this includes the last week Breckenridge Ski Resort is open, the last two - three weeks Loveland Ski is open and a month or more that Arapahoe Basin is Open) and Weeks 40-46 in the fall.

indoor/outdoor pools, two indoor hot tubs and four outdoor hot tubs.
