Week 34 is the last week before Labor Day weekend and Children returning to most schools throughout the country. I have owned the unit since 1994 and have enjoyed both the use of the unit and for outstanding exchanges through RCI. Marco Island is a sheller's and beach goer's paradise with miles of beaches. Sunrise Bay is Red time all year round on the beautiful Southern Gulf Coast. It has a private dock and boat for owner's/exchange members use for a minimal charge. You can't beat it and an awesome amenity to be able to tour the island via the water through miles of Mangro Groves. Dolphins and manatee's abound right before your very eyes.
My week is an annual fixed week, however the Resort does allow flex-time for a $20 charge to utilize an available week other than your own. I have also utilized this benefit of Sunrise Bay Resort & Club.
