This is a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 8. This unit is the 10th week of the year however with RCI Points, 39,000 points are available to use at any time of the year at any RCI resort around the world. The owner has the option of opting for week 10 or using the 39,000 points and going to another resort or using their points at this resort during a more desirable time of year. My husband and I use our points to go down on weekends throughout the summer by booking about 2 months in advance. We have found that by doing weekend trips we tend to get about 2 weeks worth of use out of this particular resort by using our points. We are selling because my job requires me to travel to much and we have not used our points in over 2 years.
