The Hyatt Hotel has 110 air-conditioned condominium-style units in 12 two-story, pueblo-style buildings, with more under construction. The 900-square-foot, two-bedroom condominiums have separate living and dining areas. The dining room and master bedroom open onto a furnished patio or balcony. The master suite has a connecting bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub, and guest bedroom with kitchenette. Decor varies slightly, but all units have Southwestern-inspired interiors marked by desert colors and natural woods. All beds except sofa beds have pillowtop mattresses.

Units have full kitchens with four-burner stovetops, microwaves, full-sized refrigerators, dishware, and cookware; fireplaces; washers and dryers; cable TV; CD/DVD players; complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access; and in-room safes. Second-floor condos have red-rock views.
