The "Cottages" at South Sea Plantation are a charming collection of luxury townhouses-style units overlooking a beautifully maintained nine-hole golf course, as well as Pone Island Sound, and the Gulf of Mexico. Cottage Unit 1507 is located on the golf course amid tall palms, situated on the Gulf, and designed with privacy, beauty and tranquility in mind. The resort has its own yacht harbor, boat ramp and marina. In addition to boating and biking rentals, cars are also available for rent on site. Other resort amenities include a sailing school, a tennis center, three beautiful outdoor pool with hot tubs, a picnic area, restaurants and snack bars, boutique gifts shops and gourmet markets, etc. Resort trams also transport owners and guests throughout the plantation and to other local restaurants, art galleries and nearby island shopping options.

Florida's Captiva Island provide a stunning destination of beautiful beaches, at South Seas Plantation in particular, along with a deep water marina for owners, guests and massive resident manatees. This resort is often chosen as a luxury destination wedding site and for good reason. In addition, for the past 25 years as guests during week 43, the last week of October, we have only one experience of a rainy week but still managed to enjoy the pools, beaches and the many amenities which make it a spectacular vacation experience. Resident Floridians come to South Seas Plantation this time of year for the consistent excellent weather, fishing and/ or total relaxation options.

In addition to the two main bedrooms, there is an alcove bedroom with a Murphy bed accommodating a couple, along with a pullout couch in the living room accommodating another two. Therefore, the cottages accommodate 8 persons easily. We have enjoyed our vacations here, in this beautiful, spacious condo for many years with family and friends and have always felt that we had discovered the best of all possible timeshares here at South Seas Plantation, This fabulous timeshare actually increases in value and Captiva itself is a magical island offering many great experiences and amenities as well.
