Located in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, Americana Village features a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, exercise room, and recreation area. The resort's solarium can supply equipment for a variety of different sports. Bicycles are available May through October, weather permitting. For warm-weather activity, the resort is only a mile from Lake Tahoe and 40 miles from the Truckee River, which offers white-water rafting. In winter, ski Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, Kirkwood, or one of the 13 other ski areas around the lake.

The bathrooms and kitchens have received a full makeover as well.  The bathrooms have been fully retiled with a combination of tumbled tile and pebble stone accents.  The shower/bath areas receive new shower doors (jetted tubs where applicable) and plumbing fixtures inside and out.  The vanities include new cabinetry, sinks, fixtures, designed mirrors and lighting.  The floors are finished in a beautiful plasnk porcelain.  The kitchens receive all new custom cabinetry, slab granite counter tops, mirror backsplashes and key improvements in a numbers of areas that have received much attention over the last few years:  larger refrigerators, larger sinks, and dishwashers.  And of course, all new kitchen appliances....making better use of the space. 

The living/dining areas receive a similar comprehensive makeover.  This includes, all new carpeting, higher quality furnishings, custom-made knotty alder furniture (to fit our specific unit sizes), sleeper sofas, lighting, artwork, and state of the art electronics, complete with two flat screen televisions in each unit.

Finally, the newlt renovated bedrooms include all new beds and bedding with thicker, more comfortable mattresses and knotty alder dressers, closets, nightstands, and headboards.  The finished "Mountain Modern" product is updated, functional and absolutely beautiful.
