Double Share Log:
Situated high on a hill in the center of the property are located 10 log double share cabins. Each side of the cabin is self sustaining and may be used by itself or with the second side if you so desire. Most owners have bought the cabin as a double share unit. They can use it all at once, bank both sides, or bank one side and use the other as they choose. Each side of the cabin features one bedroom, one bathroom and a sleep couch in the living room. The unit sleeps 4 people on each side. Owners especially like the outdoor porch complete with rocking chairs and views of the lake. When weather permits the porches are usually occupied for rocking and relaxing.

Terrace:
The original 23 units at Crown Point are known as the Terrace buildings and they feature one, two and three bedroom units which sleep up to 10 persons comfortably. Most of these units which have been marketed since 1981 have been sold. However, sometimes there are units for sale in this building due to trade-ups by owners into the double share units. All units have lovely views of the water and are located just steps away from the beach area.

Lake Front:
The latest building projects are the Gold Crown lakefront units which are called the Lake Front buildings. To date we have built seven of these four family units. Each unit contains one bedroom a bath and three fourths and a sleeper couch in the living room. They house 4 persons easily and are very spacious 850 square foots units. One of the features of these upper units is the cathedral ceiling and hand made hanging quilt. The units in these buildings are usually sold as double shares with an upper and lower apartment selling for one set price and one maintenance fee. Every porch has its own rocking chairs and the view of the water is unbelievable. The lake front is right out your front door. We receive raves for the decorating featured in these timeshare buildings and no two buildings are decorated exactly alike. In fact every apartment at Crown Point is unique in its decorating theme, that is the wonder of it for our satisfied owners.

Two Story Log:
In 1995 Crown Point built the first of two Gold Crown, two story, two bedroom log cabins. These are tastefully furnished for all around comfort and feature a loft plus the 2nd bedroom and bath on the second floor. These units are perfect for the family that prefers to travel together or for two or three couples traveling together. The units sleep 6 persons comfortably. The back porch is complete with rocking chairs and a panoramic view of the Crown lake.
