Even though, it's like a timeshare, it's ownership of a 25 years Vacation Club that can be transferred to your children (upon death)with remaining years. It is a V.I.P. Villa in a private community within the Hacienda Tropical Resort. Villas include a private pool, private maid service, golf cart to get around within resort to other areas in the resort & its' amenities. Nightly entertainment & VIP dance club and so much more. The Villas include 4 large bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms; a large dining room, a wrap around terrace overlooking breath taking land & water scape's of the resort and the island itself; a large eat-in kitchen, & living room. Villa is all furnished in beautiful native rattan furniture throughout the interior & exterior of the Villa. The resort also includes timeshare Junior Suites (pictured) as well as the private Villa community. Other amenities include V.I.P. Gourmet welcoming party with live entertainment, VIP Beach Bed/Cabana style service with hot tubs, food & drink service,VIP club, Internet Cafe and restaurants. Ocean World within walking distance. Either the Villas or Jr Suites can be rented 52 weeks out of the year, and/or simultaneously within same week rentals to 7,000 worldwide locations.

All Inclusive Food Package is subject to change annually without prior notification, but will be advised at time of rental. However, as of Summer 2008, it was $40 per person & children under 12 half price. All you can eat and drink (includes alcohol) for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

In addition: not only are villas available for renting. We also have studio accommodations for 2-4 people as well as 2-4 bedrooms. 3-4 bedroom accommodations, are part of the Villa VIP package.
