Should you need to take advantage of our universally accessible villas, please inform us when you make your reservations.
Check-in/Check-out
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m., Hawaiian time. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Cribs and Highchairs

Housekeeping
For your comfort, we include a complete cleaning of your villa prior to check-in, as well as a restorative mid-week refresher. If you prefer, daily housekeeping can easily be arranged at a nominal charge. Pet Policy
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property, with the exception of pets that may be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We encourage you to leave your pets at home when traveling to Hawai'i because of the strict air travel and quarantine requirements in Hawai'i.
Resort Update
The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas build-out is complete, but construction will be continuing through 2007 at the sister property next door. At times there may be considerable noise, dust and limited parking affecting both resort properties.
Please rest assured that The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas will continue to offer the relaxation and distinction you expect and deserve, and the resort staff will be at your service to ensure your vacation experience remains as pleasurable as possible.

Beach Access
A boardwalk attached to the resort provides convenient access to the beach. Be reminded that the natural beauty of Hawai'i's beaches may be accompanied by adverse ocean conditions that require you to act with caution to avoid injury. The beach in front of The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas is public property and is not controlled or patrolled by the resort, and there are no lifeguards. For daily surf, ocean conditions and warnings, please consult the information boards located near the beach walk or ask one of our Recreation Staff. |
